A new streamlined way of getting therapist reccomendations and scheduling apoointments directly via the website, avoiding long forms and unnecessary signups to portals.

The Challenge
The company’s primary service is offering therapy sessions, yet the existing appointment scheduling flow was not user-friendly or efficient. The existing flow redirected users to a lengthy sign-up on our patient portal, requiring detailed information upfront.
Key Issues:
1. High Drop Rates
Many users abandoned the flow before completing their profile signup.

Solution
To address these pain points we designed a seamless, on-site appointment scheduling flow that allows users to book a session under 2 minutes using a pop-up interface.

Result
The company saw a huge increase in revenue as new appointments/users increased by almost 40%
The project was a success as it solved the main issue of the organisation.
A by-product along with increased revenue was also discovered as alot of users were now able to navigated appointments booking on their own and didn't feel the need to reach out to the company's help centre, hence saving more money for the company!
